SlabPixel offers unlimited graphic design requests and revisions for a single flat monthly fee. Our dedicated and efficient team ensures high-quality execution for all your design needs. We operate on a subscription model, allowing you to request as many designs as you need and revising them until you are completely satisfied.

Is it really unlimited requests?

Absolutely! Once you subscribe, you can add as many design requests to your queue as you'd like. We handle them one by one, ensuring each project is completed to your satisfaction.

How do we assign, monitor, and manage the task?

We utilize Trello to assign, monitor, and manage all tasks efficiently. This platform ensures a smooth workflow from start to finish, keeping everything organized and transparent.

What are the working hours?

Our technical team operates from 9 AM to 5 PM GMT+7 (Jakarta, Indonesia Time), while our management team is available from 9 AM to 9 PM Jakarta Time for any additional support.

What if I don't like the design?

No worries! We will revise the design as many times as necessary until you’re 100% satisfied.

Workflow

How do we communicate and discuss the project?

We use Slack for ongoing communication and project updates. For more in-depth discussions, we’re available on Google Meet as needed.

How many revisions can we make in a project?

There’s no limit! You can request as many revisions as necessary until the design meets your expectations.

How fast can a project be delivered?

Delivery times depend on the package you choose. For example, the Intro and Pro plans offer a 1-2 day turnaround, while more complex projects or those requiring multiple revisions might take longer.

How will we be notified of updated tasks?

You’ll receive regular email notifications, and you can always check Trello for real-time updates.

Subscription Plans

What subscription options are available?

We offer three flexible subscription plans:

  • Monthly Subscription: Pay month-to-month for ongoing design needs.
  • Quarterly Subscription: Prepay for three months and enjoy a 10% discount.
  • Yearly Subscription: Pay annually and receive a 20% discount, offering the best
    value.

These options provide flexibility depending on your budget and design requirements.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription plan?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time. If you upgrade, the new plan will take effect immediately, and you will be charged a prorated amount for the remaining period. If you downgrade, the change will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

What happens if I miss a payment?

If a payment is missed or declined, your subscription will be temporarily suspended. You'll receive a notification to update your payment information. Once the payment is processed, your account will be reactivated.

Is there a trial period available?

We currently do not offer a trial period, but you can subscribe to our monthly plan to test out the service. If you're satisfied, you can then switch to a quarterly or yearly plan to take advantage of the discounts.

Are there any hidden fees?

No, there are no hidden fees. The price you see is the price you pay. The only additional charge you may encounter is a 5% tax for payments made via PayPal or bank transfer, which will be clearly stated on your invoice.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team or through your account dashboard. Your service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, but refunds are not provided for unused time.

What happens to my design requests if I cancel my subscription?

If you cancel your subscription, any active or pending design requests will be completed by the end of the billing cycle. After that, you will no longer have access to our design services unless you reactivate your subscription.

How does SlabPixel handle my personal data?

We take your privacy seriously. SlabPixel collects only the necessary personal information to provide our services effectively. This includes contact details and payment information. Your data is stored securely and used solely for communication, project management, and billing purposes.

Can I request access to or deletion of my data?

Yes, you have the right to access or request the deletion of your personal data at any time. To do so, please contact us directly, and we will process your request promptly.

Does SlabPixel use cookies?

Yes, SlabPixel uses cookies to enhance your browsing experience and improve our services. You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings.

What is included in the subscription fee?

The subscription fee covers unlimited design requests, revisions, and access to our project management and communication tools. Any additional services or specific requests outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges, which will be discussed upfront.

How are intellectual property rights handled?

Once the final design is approved and the project is completed, all intellectual property rights to the design transfer to you, the client. SlabPixel retains the right to use the design for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.

What happens if I want to terminate my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. However, please note that refunds are not provided for unused time within a subscription period. Your service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

What are the payment methods?

We accept payments through PayPal and bank transfer for project-based services. For subscription payments, debit/credit cards are processed through PayPal's payment gateway. Please note that a 5% tax is applied to payments made via PayPal and bank transfer.
